WHO AM I

I am a qualified, accredited and highly experienced Executive, Leadership & Career coach. I have worked in this space for almost 20 years as a Career Specialist & Consultant in Trinity College Dublin, in Smurfit School of Business, UCD as well as National College of Ireland. I set up my own Coaching practice in 2017. Previously I worked as a management consultant in Human Capital & Strategy consulting for a Big 4 firm in both London and Dublin. I hold a B.Comm (Int’l), an MEd. (Guidance & Counselling), and a Diploma in Executive Coaching & Leadership. I am a qualified & certified 16PF practitioner and I am fully accredited by the Association for Coaching. I attend regular supervision to support my work.

WHAT I DO

I coach on all aspects of Career performance, Career planning & Career transitioning. I draw on my deep & extensive experience of 1:1 coaching, my role as a management consultant as well as work I have pioneered and lectured at Trinity College Dublin. I coach at both Senior and Emerging Leadership levels across a diverse range of organisations the focus of which is to develop, inspire, empower & mobilise talent to reach individual & organisational goals. My expertise also includes supporting my clients in articulating their own unique value proposition, creating an effective & targeted CV / LI profile and preparing for interview. I also deliver on invitation, talks and workshops on specific themes that emerge in my work.

WHO I WORK WITH

My client base includes engagements with diverse corporates of differing size and presenting situations as well as private individuals who are self-sponsored. Clients include the Big 4, Commercial Law Firms, Global Investment Banks, NGOs, Global Tech & Educational Institutions. I have also been engaged as an Executive Coach for the Trinity College Dublin Laidlaw Research & Leadership scholarship programme.
