AND JUST THEN... embodies that moment when you recognise that the direction in your career needs careful consideration, and a sharper focus with a clearer intent. Finding and thriving in a job that matches our talents and interests is one of the most fundamental tasks of any life.

However, it is unfortunately rare to realize. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find the space, energy and commitment to engage in this critical and life affirming exercise and all too often it is undertaken alone. Working together with a qualified coach provides an opportunity to create a career of meaning, purpose and success aligned to your own definition of what you truly value.

THE PROCESS

My coaching approach is both co-active and intuitive, a key strength of my offering. It involves the active and collaborative participation of both me (The Coach) and you (The Client). I have a strong coaching ability matched by a core belief that you are the expert in your own Life and are fully capable of growth and transformation.

During one-to-one coaching we define your career priorities and examine your unique set of values, interests, skills and your purpose. We discuss the ever-present psychological barriers and design practical next steps to achieve your personal and professional best. Peoples’ lives and careers must co-exist and ultimately I support you in finding more direction, purpose and fulfillment from all aspects of your working Life.

Through extensive training and experience I have developed a wealth of comprehensive techniques and personalised tools which will be used throughout our sessions. I draw on numerous NLP, positive psychology, CBT, career & coaching techniques. I am a qualified 16PF practitioner and engage personality profiling where relevant as part of the coaching process.
